Spots are filling up fast for Bob Seebohar's presentation on Nutrition Periodization and Metabolic Efficiency Training. We are limited to 150 spots for his presentation. The presentation will be held from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Sunday, January 30th in the Auditorium, located on the first floor of the W.T. Young library. We will then move over to Swim Bike Run of Kentucky for a Book Signing and meet and greet with Bob Seebohar. We will be providing food and drink.
