Swim Bike Run of Kentucky will be offering a FREE Transition Clinic to all USAT members on Saturday, April 10th at 12-2pm (non-USAT members can pay a $10 one-day membership fee to participate or can join USAT in order to participate). This will be a great clinic for beginner triathletes and experienced triathletes! Certified Coaches will be on hand to go over transition basics, such as equipment set up and tips to a faster transition. Coaches will also be conducting transition demos. We will also have a "hands-on" portion of the clinic where you can bring your transition essentials (bike, helmet, biking shoes, running shoes, towel, bag, etc) and practice transitions while the coaches of Swim Bike Run of Kentucky watch you perform. The coaches will be on hand to give you feedback and tips to make your transition even faster! This is the perfect opportunity for any new triathlete or for an experienced triathlete looking to take time off their transitions. Transition racks will be available at this clinic so that you can set up your transition area just like you would at a race.

Race season is just around the corner so please take advantage of this FREE clinic for USAT members (remember, if you are not a member of USAT, you can pay a $10 one-day membership fee to participate in this clinic)! To RSVP to the clinic, please email Beth Atnip at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) by Thursday, April 8th. The clinic will be held at Swim Bike Run of Kentucky on April 10th, 12-2pm. We are located at 320 N. Ashland Ave, Lexington KY 40502.
