![]() Working with Mideast Multisport Coaches: “I began getting coached when I decided to get more serious about the sport. I was a runner who could barely swim and bike when I started and now some people almost refer to me as a swim/biker. I wanted to make the jump from an average age grouper to a professional triathlete. I have improved my swimming and biking more than I ever imagined since I began getting coached by Mideast Multisport. Since my first season of triathlons, I have dropped almost 6 minutes on my mile swim time, and anywhere from 6 - 9 minutes on my 40k bike time while running 34 - 36 minute 10k's consistently race after race.”
