I just finished my first season with Mideast Multisport and I couldn't be happier with my results. I have been a runner for about 7 hears but i don't have a background in swimming competitively or in cycling. My season started about the same time I started training under their instruction so I didn't have much of a bas to start the season other than running. My season started with goals of qualifying for Age-Group Nationals and possibly completing my first half-ironman. With hard training I was able to achieve both of these goals. My half ironman experience was great as well as on of the most painful experiences of my life; I have four of them scheduled for 2010 season. Without the coaching of Mideast Multisport I know I wouldn't be where I am as a triathlete and what i will eventually progress in to. My swimming and biking are much better than I expected them to be after only on season of coaching. Having the structured workouts and positive feedback have really helped me to increase my intensity and quantity of workouts. 2010 should be a year of new limits, faster reaces, and hopefully a trip to Clearwater Ironman 70.3
