Working with Mideast Multisport Coaches: “I have just started with Mideast Multisport in hopes of not only completing a half ironman next summer but completing it without a sense of impending doom as I finish. So far I have loved my experience! I not only get told what workouts to do but have received help with race day planning, my training cycle for the whole season and answers to all sorts of questions. I have always been on sports teams; cross country and track in high school and on the crew team in college. I decided to quit crew to shift towards triathlons for my senior year. It is hard enough putting the time in for work outs, let alone planning them on your own and creating a schedule you can make yourself stick to. With coaching I know I am doing the right workouts to reach my goal, including speed and longer workouts that are hard to motivate myself to do. I am already seeing results and am really excited for the upcoming season!”
