How we work
The coaches at Mideast Multisport are a team of professionals dedicated to help athletes achieve their athletic and fitness goals.
The coaches work with individuals in a one-on-one basis, in other words, you will always have your own personal coach to communicate and work with. While each athlete has their individual coach, the coaches will work as a team to make sure that each athlete receives the services and assistance they need to accomplish all the goals that have been laid out. This is the best of both worlds! You will have the personal relationship that is essential for an athlete and coaching model to work, but you will also get the collective experience of the Mideast Multisport coaches when needed. Getting started with a Mideast Multisport coach is a simple process. The first thing that we suggest is that you browse our site to see exactly who we are. There are a couple places to get this information; you can read the bios of each coach for background information or you can read our company blog to get a general idea about our philosophies and approach to training.
If you have any questions after checking out our site you can contact us by calling, 859.396.3220 or through email at, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) When you are ready to sign up, complete the following form: Athlete History Questionairre. Either fill out online form or print out the downloadable PDF form and complete. Then mail the form to the Mideast Multisport Coaches at 3399 Winthrop Drive, Lexington, KY 40503. The next step is for a coach to contact you and set up a time to conduct the initial consultation. We will respond to you within 24 hrs. The initial consultation is the first step to a successful season! |
Steps to get Started

2. Contact Mideast Multisport with questions 3. Complete the required form: Athlete History Questionairre 4. Submit online or Mail form to coaches 5. A coach will contact you about the initial consultation 6. Complete an initial consultation with your coach 7. The coach will develop a training plan based upon the year's benchmarks and goals 8. The annual training plan outline will be given to athlete 9. Daily workouts will be given to athletes in one or two week blocks through the workoutlog.com online logging system 10.
